Getting Started with eM Client
CloudMailVault includes an eM Client license with the service, subject to the applicable license terms.

Step 2: Add Your Email Account
Open eM Client and select the option to add a new email account.
Enter your name, email address, and the requested account information.

If automatic setup does not work, choose manual configuration and enter the server hostnames, ports, encryption settings, and authentication details supplied by CloudMailVault.
Do not guess server names or ports.
Step 4: Test Your Account
After completing setup:
- Confirm that existing messages appear.
- Send a test email to an address you can access.
- Reply to the test message.
- Confirm that incoming and outgoing email both work.
Troubleshooting
If setup fails, verify your credentials and server settings. Check whether your network or security software is blocking the connection.
For license activation issues, refer to the license instructions provided with your subscription.
